1. When will my order ship?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.


2. What shipping couriers do you use?

We use USPS, Fedex, UPS, & DHL among others. Shipping method is determined by item, quantity, price, weight, and destination. At this time, it is not possible to specify which method other than "Standard" and "Expedited."


3. What is your return policy?

4. Do you provide technical support?

At this time we do not employ technical support engineers and cannot offer product specific technical support. For technical support, including installation and operating instructions, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly.
