BlueProton Returns Policy

Please review our policies below, as all purchases will be subject to them.

1)      We offer a 15 Day Return Policy. To return or exchange an item, please email us for an RMA within 15 days.

2)      RMA's must be received back within two weeks after the RMA is issued. Merchandise received late will simply be returned to you.

3)      All returns must be shipped by pre-paid freight by the customer. We will not accept any postage due or bill recipient packages.

Terms:

1)      All items must be returned in their complete original packing

2)      UPC must be intact. Any items missing a UPC will NOT be eligible for replacement nor refund (except if you purchased a "bulk" item.)

3)      Replacements for defective items are shipped free of charge, subject to inventory on hand.

4)      For items manufactured by us & bearing the BlueProton brand name, please see our warranty page.

5)   For items with free shipping, we will deduct a shipping charge of $5.50 per item from the refunded amount plus restocking fee.

5)      Any item returned for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (For unopened Toys, the credit will be the lower of current market value or original price paid)

Certain items are NOT accept for return for any reason!

This includes:  iPods, Zunes, (and other hard drive based MP3 players - Toshiba, Sony, etc), Digital Cameras, GPS units, Mobile Phones, Headphones & Earphones & BlueTooth Headsets (for hygiene reasons), DVD's, CD's, Software, LCD/CRT/Plasmas Monitors and TV's, and Food, Health,  & Medical products, and opened Toys. For any issues with these items, you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly.
