The Modular Wall Jack surface mount connects station wire to a phone jack,
allowing the use of a standard phone connector. The four wire telephone jacks
work with all two or four wire systems and are good for one or two modem or
phone and fax lines. The ivory wall plate mounts to standard electrical outlet
box or flush mounts to drywall.
